WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL


MISSING, DAMAGE, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT ITEMS RETURN POLICY
If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect you must call us or email us. Please contact us no more than 15 days after receiving the items for instruction on how to return the item to us or in case of missing item.

RETURN POLICY FOR ANY OTHER REASONS FROM THE ABOVE
All items returned by the customer pays the shipping fees. Customer is responsible for loss or damage during transit from you to Barnes Tack Room. Please place a copy of your invoice inside the return box and please explain the reason for the return.

WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL

Second Series Saddles must not have been ridden in order to be returned, due to it not being a custom item, it should not be ridden, only assessed for fit. Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt, no exceptions.
